Childhood dream come true—attending Space Camp. In the zero gravity simulator, floating upside down, when—PFFFT—a barking spider defies gravity. The instructor on the headset immediately says, "And that, cadets, is why astronauts don't eat beans before spacewalks."

I asked a real NASA astronaut later if barking spiders sound different in space. He just winked and said, "Let's just say the International Space Station has excellent air filtration." Most astronomical barking spider moment ever.
