The doctor was using his stethoscope on my back when a barking spider made itself known. Without skipping a beat, he said, "Well, your lungs sound clear, but your digestive system seems to be quite vocal today."
I was too embarrassed to explain it was definitely a spider and not me. Got prescribed unnecessary digestive enzymes.
